I am Aswin (Ash + win) 👋

My Android journey began with an internship when I was in college, where I developed an app using a REST API to fetch data points and create graphs on the UI. The magic happened when the graphs appeared on my handheld device, sparking my career choice. After college, I immersed myself in small startups to grasp the ins and outs of Android development. Although I learned a lot, I lacked guidance on writing scalable code. Initially, my code met requirements but needed improvement. Transitioning to a mid-sized startup, I focused on scalability and coding architecture. Through my affiliation with an MNC, I gained insights into industry best practices, honing and perfecting my skills.

Besides spending time in front of a screen, I'm passionate about exploring new places and savoring unique local cuisines. In between travels, you'll find me enjoying a game of football, diving into books, and prioritizing my health. I'm also a video game enthusiast—spent countless hours on Dota and World of Warcraft growing up. And when none of the above is happening, I love indulging in movie and TV series marathons.
